02 Vision & mission

Care Is a Right,
Not a Privilege.

WakeUp Health Organization believes everyone deserves equitable access to care, health education, and opportunities to live a healthy and dignified life.

Our work is guided by two commitments: building healthier, more inclusive communities and reducing barriers to health and well-being.

Through accessible, community-based programs, we empower individuals and families, strengthen health and resilience, and create measurable, lasting impact in the communities we serve.

Our Vision

Thriving, connected communities

We envision healthy, inclusive communities where accessible health resources, education, social connections, and specialized support empower individuals and families to live healthier, dignified, and connected lives.

Our Mission

Accessible care, without barriers

WakeUp Health Organization strengthens the physical, mental, and social well-being of underserved communities through accessible wellness programs, multilingual health education, and specialized support for autism and arthritis. We build inclusive communities that reduce isolation, promote healthy living, and empower individuals and families to thrive.

03 Our impact

Why We Exist

Why Our Community Needs WakeUp Health Organization

Many individuals and families face barriers to affordable wellness programs, mental health support, social connection, food security, disability- and autism-inclusive services, language access, and preventive health education. These barriers can limit access to essential resources and opportunities for healthier, more connected lives.

WakeUp Health Organization responds by providing accessible, inclusive, and community-based health and wellness programs that support individuals and families in improving their physical, mental, and social well-being.
